FAQ

1. How are items shipped? Items are carefully packaged for ultimate protection and shipped by UPS or priority mail USPS, whichever is the best price per each size of artwork. While many products ship in 3-5 days, it is advised to prepare for 10-14 days leeway for shipping times if you need an item in time for a special day.  

2. What is your return policy? I am happy to offer refunds or exchanges if the art arrives with damages within a 30 day window by emailing sendthegnart@gmail.com for product resolution (please include detailed information about the damages e.g. photos). Art that you wish to return due to change of heart is also accepted but you must cover the cost to ship the item back to me and it be received in good condition before a refund is issued. Small items such as stickers and postcards are non-refundable.

3. Can I pick up a painting from you rather than paying to have it shipped? Yes! I am located in Portland, OR. Before purchasing online, please instead email me at sendthegnart@gmail.com for discussion of pick up arrangements - often it works well to meet one of our local climbing gyms.   

4. Do you take on commissions? Yes! Please see my comissions page for details.
