FAQ

1. How are items shipped? Items are carefully packaged for ultimate protection and shipped by UPS or priority mail USPS, whichever is the best price per each size of artwork. While many products ship in 3-5 days, it is advised to prepare for 10-14 days leeway for shipping times if you need an item in time for a special day.  

2. What is your return policy?  Paintings and prints received with damages incurred through shipping may be returned in their original packaging for a full refund within a 30 day window by emailing sendthegnart@gmail.com for product resolution. Small items such as stickers and postcards are non-returnable.

3. Can I pick up a painting from you rather than having it shipped? Yes! Send the GnART art by Cindy Sorrick is based out of Irvine in Orange County in southern California. Local purchasers will have the option to arrange a pick up in person and save money on shipping costs. Please email senthegnart@gmail.com for pick up arrangements.
